They are usually sized between 12 and 14 inches, but occasionally they will be larger in size because I've miscalculated my pattern. Human Plush Examples are as follows:   (called human but I'm prepared to make anthros too) These will cost between £30-40 depending on complexity and materials needed. They are capable of sitting and standing. Sitting they will be about 8 inches, standing they will be about 15 inches.
